Who this is for

People who already run agents somewhere: OpenClaw, Hermes or Claude Code on a laptop, an old Mac mini, a tmux session on a VPS. The setup works until the lid closes, the session dies, or something fails quietly overnight. You want it to stop being your problem without handing your keys to anyone.

How it works

The call is the middle of a week, not the whole of it. The trial comes first and the check-ins come after, because a working automation is proven by running, not by a demo.

  1. Start the trialSeven days, Solo or Team, cancel from the dashboard. The trial is the filter: it means the call is spent on your setup, not on whether to try this.
  2. Book a slot5 a week, 30 minutes each, with the founder. Completing the six questions below is what holds the slot.
  3. Your office boots before we talkAbout five minutes after checkout your VM is up with Paperclip, OpenClaw and Hermes mounted. On the call there is nothing to wait for.
  4. The callWe put your key in, activate a worker, and wire the one job you named in the questionnaire. If your current setup is on a laptop, we clone it rather than migrate it, so nothing you rely on is touched.
  5. Forty-eight hours laterThe job should have run unattended at least once. If it has not, reply to the follow-up email and we fix it. That is the outcome the call is measured on.
  6. Day sevenA one-line check-in: is it still running. Keep the office or cancel; either answer teaches us something.

What we ask before the call

Six questions when you book. They let the founder pre-configure your office around the job you actually want, so the thirty minutes go on wiring, not on discovery.

  1. Question 1What agents run for you today, where do they run, and how often do they die?
  2. Question 2Which model provider will you use, and do you already have an API key?
  3. Question 3The one job you want running unattended by the end of the call.
  4. Question 4Which repos, tools, or chat channels that job touches.
  5. Question 5Optional: paste a redacted compose file, cron line, or tmux setup you run now.
  6. Question 6Your time zone, and whether the call may be recorded for our notes.

Redact anything you paste. Never put an API key, token or password into the form or say one aloud on the call; keys go in through the dashboard, straight to your VM.

Ground rules

Who you talk to
The person who wrote the provisioner, the golden image and this page, with two decades in software before litwindow. There is no sales team to be handed to.
Your machine
We never ask for access to your laptop or your existing server. Your current setup is the reference we clone from, and it keeps running until you decide to turn it off.
Your keys
Pushed by you, through the dashboard, to your VM. The platform keeps a fingerprint so it can show which keys are set. Nobody on the call sees a key, including us.
Recording
Only if you say yes in the questionnaire, and only for our own notes on what confused you. Those notes become documentation fixes. Nothing from a call is published without asking you separately.
Cancelling
If the trial does not earn the subscription, cancel from the dashboard. The call does not obligate you to anything, and the export button works during a trial.
